Need GSTOffset and DSTOffset back

I need it so that I can have the DSTOffset and GMTOffset and no other time values.
I store my IP records forever and calculate the time whenever I need to, at times I have 10,000 records.

Hi, there is now a more precise way to get GMT :

http://ipinfodb.com/ip_query.php?timezone=true

You get TimezoneName, Gmtoffset and Isdst fields

It was not precise before because the data could change during the month... You need to know when GMT and DST time were switching which is not the case anymore. You can do exactly the same now with the fields offered

There is also an API/database just for timezones :

http://ipinfodb.com/timezonedatabase.php
