Timezones only appearing as 0 on regular API

Hi marc,

Think there may have been a bug with the newest API release. The three timezone fields (Timezone, Gmtoffset, Dstoffset) now only display as 0, no matter what the IP location is. Examples:

http://ipinfodb.com/ip_query.php?output=xml&ip=83.176.251.210
http://ipinfodb.com/ip_query2.php?ip=74.125.45.100,206.190.60.37

This bug seems to effect all IPs, not just certain ones. According to my logs, this error originated on April 10th at 7:30pm GMT.

Hi, there is a new timezone parameters :

http://ipinfodb.com/ip_location_api.php

The previous timezones where not precise enought, I removed it in the march release for the database and in april for the API.

(Perhaps just as a suggestion, you may want to make not including the "&timezone" parameter in the API URL, like my example links above, default to "&timezone=false", just so no one can access API pages with seemingly missing timezone information.)

The thing is that I wanted to keep it backward compatible with the old output (no timezone param). Just in case some people code would show an error if new fields appeared and some removed...

I put the parameter because it requires 2 additionnal queries on my side, I want to make sure that people who use it really need it.
